Our Food Applications and Activations have changed. We’re excited to share how we’re evolving FOOD in 2020.
You may have noticed that all cities' food applications are open at the same time. Apply for 1, 2 or 3 events.

Our Ready to Eat, Ready to Drink & Food Truck pricing has been restructured and now includes power and
wayfinding signage. Yay.
Importantly we are elevating our sustainable practices for the good of all.
In exciting news, we have three NEW stall types. Liquor Product, Ready to Drink AND a BRAND NEW size 6m x 3m
Premium experiential stall size. This stall is an exciting new addition for brands that are interested in
offering an elevated brand experience within the Finders Keepers marketplace. This is considered a premium space
suitable for those who align well with the overall vision of the Finders Keepers.

This application form is for Australian residents only. We cannot accept international applicants.
Please note: We no longer approve shared or split stalls. We do accept collaborative stalls but they
must all be inclusive in the one application and will be considered as our Feature 6m x 3m Stall

Image uploads must not exceed 20MB collectively.

If it is your first time as an applicant, please choose option 1 from the Step 1 dropdown below. An account will
be created for you AFTER your application has been submitted. You will then need to activate your account via
the activation email to ensure you receive your results. You can then login using your email address and the
password you specified on Step 1: Option 1.
Please do not apply more than once with multiple different emails, each user can only have one email for
IMPORTANT: If you applied for any of our previous markets from Spring / Summer 2017 markets onwards
please choose the 'existing user' option below.
Before you start:
You will need an ABN (Australian Business Number) to apply, please have this ready for Step 3.
Public Liability Insurance is compulsory for all stallholders. You will need an up-to-date Certificate of
Currency at a minimum of $10 million. If you do not have this ready please let us know, and it will be a
requirement to upload this if you're accepted into an event.
While your application can be saved and re-visited before you submit, we recommend filling it out in one sitting
and not stopping and starting this form. So before you start please have all of your information, images and
uploads prepared to go.
